Plan the work
We meet for a free call. Maybe you have a running process to fix, maybe just the idea. Either way, we map what the software needs to do and write down the features, the investment, and the due date.

The users, the screens, the data, the rules, the systems it connects to, the hard cases, and an honest list of what is not part of the first build.

Build and test
We build the screens, rules, data, and connections. You see progress as it lands and test the software before delivery, so wrong assumptions get caught early instead of at the end.
How the review works
You test everything the written plan promised. The review is for catching what does not match the plan; new ideas are welcome and get their own quote.

Launch and hand over
We launch the software. You get a walkthrough video, training, plain notes, and control of the code and accounts.
What happens after launch
For thirty days we fix any problem in the agreed software at no cost. After that, ongoing care and upkeep is an optional monthly plan we quote at handoff, and new features get their own written quote.
