What this site is

This website describes services offered by On The Map LLC. Nothing on it is an offer that becomes binding by itself. A project only exists once both parties sign or otherwise agree in writing to a specific written scope document.

Pricing and The 7-Day Sprint offer

The price shown on this site is the standard price for The 7-Day Sprint — a single seven day sprint against one clearly defined bottleneck — as described in the written scope for that project. Fit is determined together, during a free scoping conversation, based on whether the bottleneck can be honestly delivered as a working version within seven days; it is not assumed automatically for every request. This price is not automatic or unconditional: it applies only once we have confirmed, during that conversation, that a specific project fits. Projects that do not fit are scoped and quoted separately, on their own terms, and are not covered by the price or the delivery guarantee described on this site. Prices may change over time, and the price that applies to your project is the one stated in your scope document, not the one on this page at the time you read it. Additional sprints, ongoing support, hosting, maintenance, and continued development are separate and optional.

The delivery guarantee

The guarantee described on this site applies only to the specific working version defined in an approved written scope document for a project already confirmed to fit a single sprint, and is subject to the conditions stated there, including the client providing required access, assets, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. It does not extend to scope discovered mid-project to be larger than what was agreed; if that happens, we will say so and requote the remaining work rather than stretch the guarantee to cover it. Requests for functionality outside the approved scope are treated as new work rather than as a change to the delivery date. Delays, outages, or approval processes at third party platforms outside our control are excluded. The precise terms of the guarantee for your project are the ones in your signed agreement.

No guarantee of business results

The deliverable of a sprint is a first working version of the scoped tool, as defined in the written scope document. It is quality-tested against that scope, and it is not represented as a feature-complete or final product; known limitations are explained at handoff. We guarantee delivery of the agreed scope. We do not guarantee any particular revenue, savings, or business outcome. The bottleneck calculator on this site is an estimation tool that uses figures you enter. Its output is an illustration of the cost of a process based on your own inputs, not a prediction, promise, or projection of results from any engagement.

Examples and proof

Software described on this site as a founder project was built by On The Map and is presented to demonstrate capability. Where we have not measured a result, we do not state one. Client work is only presented publicly with that client's written permission.

Intellectual property

The content, design, copy, and code of this website are owned by On The Map LLC and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. Ownership of software delivered to a client is governed by that client's project agreement. Our standard position is that the client owns the delivered code, database, and deployment, with any pre-existing reusable components licensed to the client perpetually for that project.

Confidentiality of what you submit

Information you submit about your business processes is treated as confidential and used only to evaluate and deliver your request, as described in the Privacy Policy. Please do not submit passwords, financial account details, or other sensitive credentials through this website.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to attempt unauthorized access, to interfere with its operation, to submit false or misleading information, or for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to decline any project, including projects intended to support deceptive, unlawful, exploitative, or harmful activity.

This site may link to or rely on third party services. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third parties.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This website is provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, On The Map LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this website. Liability arising from a client engagement is governed by that project's agreement.

Accessibility

We aim to keep this site usable with keyboard navigation, screen readers, and reduced motion settings. If something on the site is difficult for you to use, email us and we will fix it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law principles.
