Agreement
By using onthemapai.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What this site is
This site describes services from On The Map LLC. The site alone does not create a binding offer. A project starts only after both sides sign or otherwise approve a written plan for that project.
Price and fixed build rates
One complete build is an investment starting at $4,999, agreed in writing first. The price covers one clear digital process that your business already uses. The written project plan states the exact tool. We decide together if the work can be done in the chosen time. The fixed price does not apply to every request. Work that does not fit gets its own plan and quote. It is not covered by the rates or delivery promise on this site. Prices may change. The price in your written project plan is the price that applies. More builds, support, hosting, care, and later changes are separate and optional.
The delivery guarantee
The delivery promise covers only the tool in your approved written project plan. It applies only after we confirm that the work fits one build. You must give us needed access, files, feedback, and approval on time. The promise does not cover work found during the build that is larger than the plan. If that happens, we will tell you and give a new price for the extra work. Features outside the approved plan are new work. They do not change the first due date. We cannot cover delays, outages, or approval steps caused by another company. The exact promise for your project is the one in your signed agreement.
No guarantee of business results
The product of a build is the working tool in the written project plan. We test it against that plan. We explain known limits at handoff. We promise to deliver the agreed work. We do not promise a certain amount of sales, savings, or any other business result. The process cost calculator uses numbers you enter. It only shows a possible cost based on your numbers. It does not predict or promise results from our work.
Examples and proof
On The Map built the work labeled as our own product. We show it to prove what we can build. We do not state a result we have not measured. We show client work only with that client's written permission.
Intellectual property
On The Map LLC owns the words, design, and code of this website. You may not copy them without permission. Each client agreement states who owns the custom software. Our normal position is that the client owns the delivered code, database, and live system. Reusable parts we already had are licensed to the client forever for that project.
Confidentiality of what you submit
We treat facts you send about your business process as confidential. We use them only to review and deliver your request, as stated in the Privacy Policy. Do not send passwords, bank details, or other private login facts through this site.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to get access without permission, harm how it works, send false facts, or break the law. We may turn down any project. This includes work meant to support lies, crime, abuse, or harm.
Third party links and services
This site may link to or use services from other companies. We are not responsible for their content, access, or actions.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
This website is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. To the fullest extent allowed by law, On The Map LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages that come from use of this site. Your project agreement controls liability for client work.
Accessibility
We aim to keep this site usable with keyboard navigation, screen readers, and reduced motion settings. If something on the site is difficult for you to use, email us and we will fix it.
Governing law
The laws of the State of Idaho govern these terms, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one posted here.
