You do not need a technical description. The more useful thing is a plain account of how the work actually happens now.
- Which process is slow, costly, or error prone right now
- Who touches it, and roughly how long it takes each week
- Which tools it lives in today, such as spreadsheets, email, or an app that nearly fits
- What a good outcome would look like for your team
On The Map takes a small number of builds at one time. That is what makes it possible for every client to work with Evan Atha directly from the first plan to the final handoff.
Evan reads requests himself. You will hear back from a person, not an autoresponder.
If a short build is the wrong idea for you, the reply will say so and explain why. You keep the plan regardless.
