Our plan is clear before you pay. The first call is free. We write down what the tool will do, what it connects to, what it will not do, the price, and the due date. If the work is too large, we split it into useful parts or tell you it is not a fit.
What you own at the end
You get the code, database, live system, and accounts. This is proprietary software made for your business. You do not owe us a monthly fee just to keep using the tool you paid for. If we never speak again, nothing we control turns it off.
What it costs
Once we confirm the fit, the price is an investment starting at $4,999, agreed in writing first. You approve the price before work starts. Half books the dates. The other half is due on delivery. We do not bill by the hour. If we do not deliver the agreed tool by the due date, the last payment waits. Larger work gets its own plan and price.

Do you meet in person?
For Boise and Treasure Valley projects, yes. Sitting with the people who actually run a process is the fastest way to understand it, and it is one of the real advantages of hiring locally. After that, most of a build runs over email and video regardless of where the client is.
Do you only work with Boise businesses?
No. On The Map is based in Boise and works with clients across the country. Being local is a convenience for planning, not a requirement, and the fixed prices are the same either way.
How quickly can you start?
The free written plan usually happens within a few days of you getting in touch. Build dates depend on what is already booked, since only a small number of projects run at once. If a date will not work for you, you will hear that before you pay anything rather than after.
