This policy explains what On The Map LLC collects through onthemapai.com. It tells you why we collect it, how we use it, and what choices you have. It covers this website and messages that follow a request sent here.
Information you give us
When you send a form, we collect what you enter. This may include your name, email, business name, website, the digital process you want to improve, when you want the tool, and numbers from the process cost calculator.
The calculator runs in your browser. Moving the sliders does not send us anything. We get those numbers only if you choose to send the form.
Information collected automatically
Like most sites, ours may collect basic technical facts. These may include your IP address, browser, device, the page that sent you here, and the pages you visit. We use this to see how the site works and how people find it. If we use a site measurement service, it is covered in the section about outside services below.

Email and phone contact
When you send a form and check the consent box, you agree that On The Map may contact you by email or phone about the project. You may ask us to stop at any time. Reply to an email or write to the address below, and we will stop.
Text messages
We do not send sales text messages. Giving us a phone number does not mean you agree to repeat marketing texts. If we add text messages later, we will ask for separate, clear consent. We will also state how often messages may come and what rates may apply.
Third party services
We use a small number of outside services to run this site and talk with you. These may include our site host, an email service for form notices and replies, a booking tool, a system for tracking requests, and site measurement tools. Each service handles information only as needed to do its job for us.
Project information and confidentiality
We treat details about your business process as confidential. We use them to review your request and, if you hire us, to do the work. We do not publish facts about your business, process, or software without written permission. We also need your clear approval before we publish any client story or numbers.
Data retention
We keep requests long enough to review and answer them. We may then keep them for a reasonable time as business records. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless a law or contract requires us to keep it.
